I registered an issue with my battery by contacting your customer care number, but I have not received any confirmation email or new battery buying email. Could you please confirm the status of my request and provide the necessary details?

Welcome to the HP English Community --

 

A quick check shows this product was introduced in 2021 -

The original warranty is long expired.

 

IF you a purchased long term HP Care Pack contract

AND

If the contract includes battery replacement

Then

Contact HP Support.

Use the HP case number you received when the case was submitted and accepted.

 

 

HP Repair / Repair Status

 

 HP Support virtual repair center

 

 HP Repair – Check Service Order Status

Requires Service Order number / Serial number

 

Reminder
