HP Pavilion x360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Alright guys

I am in need of some help please. According to HP Support Assistant I have got a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible model.  A while back I had to replaced the hard drive in it, and start completely from scratch, a fresh brand new install of windows 10 and so on...

However I have noticed that the USB port, SD card reader, volume buttons, on the left side are not working at all.. However the USB ports on the right had side are working perfectly.   I am wondering if when I took of the keyboard part to get access to the laptop  if I disconnect that left side somehow?  Or if it is an software issue??

I reviewed your post and I understand that the left side ports on the computer are not working.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS, chipset, and graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Also, install the card reader driver from the above link.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
