OS: Linux Mint

Product Name: HP-14dq0xxxds 

(not sure why it wouldn’t let me click the dropdown menus to select those. sorry)

I’m trying to get my laptop repaired (broken screen), but there’s no HP Service Centers near me (the closest one is an hour away) and I would not be able to make the trip to get it repaired. Is there any way I could send it in or something? I can pay for the costs of repair and shipping if need be.

Contact hp agent directly using below link and ask:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/

They may able to guide you to the nearest authorized mail-in process, avoiding the hour-long trip.
