Hello,

I am needing to send my computer off for repair for a hardware issue. The edge of my computer has came apart. I have a warranty through SquareTrade on this computer that covers all costs of repairs. Will that work through HP in order to get it repaired?

The first step is to contact SquareTrade. You should have an invoice as proof. 

SquareTrade should clarify this with HP in advance and you should then be informed what to do.

 

Please take a picture from the back of your notebook where the product number (p/n) and serial number (s/n) is printed. SquareTrader or HP may want to know this information in advance.

( Please do not post the serial number (s/n) here in public, that's only important for SquareTrader or HP ! )
