I have a problem with camera connecting my spectre i7 computer. I have a 360 camera called a Insta360 one x. Everytime I try to plug in my camera into my computer a message appears that says that USB device isn't recognized, then it is as if the computer kicks the device off the computer. The USB icon appears and disappears very quickly and I can't access my files even though my camera is still in the computer. I've pluged in my camera in other computers seems to work just fine, but everytime I do it on the spectre it doesn't work.
Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community. I reviewed the case regarding issues with the computer. I will be delighted to assist you here.
Does the camera came with any driver's disc to be installed?
Did you try connecting it to a different usb port?
Did you check the settings of the security software?
Does other usb devices work's fine with the same port?
Let me know. 🙂

I have had the same problem, i noticed that when i try yo use a different usb cord it works. I think its because some usb cords dont have data transfer and are only for charging things. So it gives the product power, but doesn't give you data.
