I have an HP Envy that has completely come apart at the joints. When I bought it, the salesman really pushed the way you could flip the screen all the way back and use it like a tablet. People, DO NOT FALL FOR IT. I was in Best Buy the other day and noticed they are still selling this piece of junk. Mine is out of warranty (of course) so I want to be sure and sound the alarm to everyone. TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT HAPPENS TO THIS MODEL OF HP ENVY. Do not buy it.

Hi @Carolsuenick,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
