Today, I have decided to reset my pc due to low storage and it just got stuck in a nonstop start up loop. When I was resetting my PC to it's default settings, it stopped in the middle of the reset and gave me a message saying "Error: No changes has been made" or something similar. I shouldn't have done it again but I tried to reset it once more. The same message popped up around 57% and when I finally thought it was time to choose the "turn off" option, my computer shut down. When i boot it up later, it was stuck in the start up hp logo and wouldn't load or anything, it was just a cycle of hp logos one after the other... I am very sad at this point. It is stuck in the HP logo start up and won't stop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My computer is HP stram notebook 11-r014wm energy star.
One answer that I fully appreciate to reply was download windows 10 on USB or DVD but could someone help me after doing that what steps to do on blue screen freezed laptop.
Many thanks for help please.

Hi:
Turn on the notebook, and tap the Esc key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen and see if you can get the menu of options.
If you can get to that menu, select the F10 setup option.
Go into the setup menu, enable legacy mode and disable secure boot.
If you can do that, make the W10 USB installation media.
To install W10 plug the installation media into the USB port, turn on the PC, tap the Esc key to get the menu of options again.
This time, select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the USB diskette on key/USB flash drive and press the enter key.
The PC should then boot from the W10 installation media.
I recommend during the installation process, when you get to the screen that asks 'where do you want to install windows,' delete all of the partions on the hard drive, leaving just one partition. Make sure it is set to the maximum size.
Then you can reinstall W10 and have the maximum drive space you can.
