I replaced my battery because the first one had issues but then my computer kept turning off then I ran a test and this is what it showed me.

Was it plugged in when you ran the test?

 

Also, you need to calibrate the battery. See here- https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2268927-1713329-16 

 

I'd suggest the manual calibration method since you are having issues.
