Hi,
I purchased a desk top in November, it has never worked. It was sent away in May to be "repaired" come back still not working. Had a new OS installed, still not working. I was promised a replacement, after being promised 3 times that someone will call me to arrange a replacement, no phone call, I waited a month. Case number [edited], previous case number [edited], someone at HP closed that case even though the issue was not resolved.
