After i bought the hp 14 notebook pc laptop on june 2014. after more than 4 years it was january 2019 when i decided to open my laptop and i found out there is actually no "PAN" install on it. Since you can't open or disassemble a computer after one year due to warranty agreement by the company. It's kind of bit disappointment to the HP company, looking forward that the company was well known and has an international standard operating procedure, that it would came to an incomplete package or parts of a computer laptop.

Hi,
I believe you mean Fan as in cooling Fan?
Some low power HP notebooks do not have a fan for cooling but are passively cooled with a larger metal heatsink.
If you provide the exact model or product number we can take a look at the specs and hardware of your PC. Here is link to HP support page showing how to find it.
