Computer randomly restarts. (Seems like a hardware issue)

HP Pavilion - 15t-cs300
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

My laptop has restarted randomly twice since I got it 6 months ago. I don't feel comfortable using it for tests coming up this semester if it will just restart on me randomly. I wasn't even doing anything intensive when it occurred.

I have Linux and Windows installed (Dual boot). Both have given me this issue before. So I don't think it is a software issue.

Can I send it in to have it looked at/replaced (It's still under warranty).

Thanks!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is restarting randomly, and you want to send it in for repair.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you performed any tests on the computer to confirm whether it is hardware issue?

Follow the steps in the below article to run a system test on the computer.
