I am so frustrated. My HP Spectre x360 gave out yesterday. Won’t charge. Won’t turn on even when plugged in. Tried a hard reset. Nothing. The LED light will flash 3 times then slowly flash once every few seconds but the device will not turn on. I was on the forums last night and this seems to be a known issue. I purchased this computer 6/2020. This is the third HP I’ve purchased that has given out right after the warranty. I have made multiple attempts to locate a number or some means of speaking with someone regarding. I would like to get it repaired, but how? The site won’t take the serial number. The virtual assistant is no help. I can’t locate a number, email address, chat. nothing. This is ridiculous. When I try to locate a local repair place I get a 404 bad request or access denied message. The site loops me back to the same page over and over. Frustrating. What are customers supposed to do to try to get help to maintain your product? I finally just went and brought a Dell today as I run a business and cannot be with a computer. I loved this computer up until recently but now that I know there is no support for it I will never buy another HP product.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
