Confuse to which type of ssd (Tlc or value) in my laptop, in manual tlc (max 512 mb ), value (256 mb

I read manual 

 in manual tlc ssd max limit 512mb , value ssd limit 256 mb . In bu040tu model which type ssd support? and what is the actual maximum  limit? Can i use above 512 mb TLCssd? , above 256 mb value ssd?
