 in manual tlc ssd max limit 512mb , value ssd limit 256 mb . In bu040tu model which type ssd support? and what is the actual maximum  limit? Can i use above 512 mb TLCssd? , above 256 mb value ssd?

What is your machine ? Is it an HP Notebook - 15q-bu040tu? Its specs

Your machine has Intel Core processor namely  Intel® Core™ i3-7100U (2.4 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores) therefore you can add M.2 SATA SSD to your machine. You can use 500GB or 1TB or 2TB from many different vendors , for eaxample
