Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I recently just upgraded the ram to avoid the half of it being used problem, now when I launch games everything is laggy on the lowest settings on games that are not even that demanding, its choppy on roblox with and I5-9th gen, the integrated 630 UHD and nvidia 1650 gtx,, and 16 gbs of ram with 10-11 free at all times, so for a game as undemanding as roblox im really at a loss here on how im still not able to play anything above like 30 fps, I got a new 200W hp power supply that fits perfectly and is in working order so now there is 0 reason to be running this poorly.
