These are my laptop specification. I want to upgrade my laptop with a new ram, but I don't know the maximum ram speed & size compatibility for it's motherboard, which is 84AA. So, can anyone help with those information?

Hi:
Your notebook has one memory slot, and the max memory the slot can take is 1 x 8 GB.
That means you will need to remove the 4 GB memory chip and replace it with an 8 GB memory chip.
This would be a compatible 8 GB memory chip for your notebook...
