Greetings!

 

Let me start by saying, I know nothing about computers, open up whatever app I'm working and completing my work for each and every day.

 

I purchased this laptop a couple of days ago and I am trying to connect 2 external monitors to it. I was told I had a audio docking station and I need a video docking station. Well, I did that at least I thought I did. I hooked everything up and the monitors still will not come on, nor can the laptop detect them. I do I know if I have the correct docking station?
