Hp pavallion notebook AU series

I have been facing issue of my HP PAVALLION NOTEBOOK AU series laptop , due to which I went center to check it out than I get to know about the issue which was that my laptop battery was not charging , laptop was directly working from adapter than I changed the battery after that I faced the same issue this time the cable with is connected with motherboard and battery got damaged  , and now I am unable to get that Cable anywhere authorized hp service centers are saying you have to bring the old cable to get new one but what can I do when the cable is lost it self , please help me with the same if anyone has any Idea how I can get that Cable and start my laptop again.

Welcome to the HP Support Community forum!

 

You will need to identify your notebook beyond calling it a Pavilion AU series. That, identifier does not exist in HP's product.

 

Look on the bottom of the notebook to find the complete notebook product name and product code.

 

If you can still power up the notebook and immediately tap the F1 key, then you will see  the system information that provides the information needed to help you.
