Your machine has USB-C port with Thunderbolt most likely Thunderbolt™ 3.

And the eGPU specs

  • Features:RGB Lighting Effects,Magnetic Cover for Easy SSD Replacement Can be used as an expansion dock
  • Graphics Chip:AMD Radeon RX 7600M XT
  • Game Frequency:2300 MHz
  • Stream Processors:2048
  • Peak Texture Fill Rate:334.7 GTexel/s
  • Peak Half Precision Compute Performance:42.8 TFLOPs
  • GPU Power Consumption:Up to 120 W
  • Memory Speed:Up to 18 Gbps Memory Capacity:8GB
  • Memory Type:GDDR6
  • Memory Bus Width:128-bit, Memory Bandwidth:Up to 288 GB/s
  • Bus Interface:Oculink 1x(PCIE 4.0 X4)
  • USB-C:1 x USB 4.0, supports 100W reverse power delivery
  • Video Interfaces:2 x HDMI 2 x DisplayPort,Simultaneous Multi-Screen Connections:4
  • Data Interfaces:2 x USB 3.2,1 x M.2(PCIE 3.0 SSD),1x RJ45(1 Gbit/S) LAN
  • Power Supply:1 x 330W (16.5A 20V)
  • Product Dimensions:196mm*120mm*32mm

From my view, this should work with the eGPU PSU plugged in.

Regards.
