This is the fourth time in the last two years that I have had to take laptop for repair. It is under HP extended warranty. Took it to an HP authorized repair shop. They contacted HP (took HP a week to respond), and HP said to open a warranty case. Repair shop gave me a receipt to upload for the warranty stating what was found and what repairs would be needed. I opened a warranty case. It has been almost five weeks and have not had a response from HP. The warranty expires in February.

How can I contact HP to get this issue resolved? I have searched the HP website for contact information and have found nothing.

I am becoming very irritated.
