Hello,
How do i control my HP ENVY Notebook 15 k233ca (ENERGY STAR) laptop fan speeds?
- i already tried program SpeedFan which did not work
- i already tried program Notebook fan speed but i could not find my model
- BIOS is already have the option "fan always ON"
- HP Coolsense is already ON
So i'm asking is there a electrical part aka "dial" to turn the fans faster or slower, or program that works on my model ?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether there is any software to control the fan speed on your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I would like to inform you that there is no software for your computer to control the fan speeds apart from the options you have already tried.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
