Ya fui al sitio web de soporte de HP y descargué todos los controladores y software que encontré para mi modelo y sistema operativo, he instalado todas las actualizaciones de Windows 10 y el problema sigue.

 

Otro síntoma es que la red inalámbrica es significativamente lenta, y siempre tengo que estar conectado a través de cable Ethernet para poder trabajar en una red o tener Internet.

 

Si alguien sabe qué controlador es el que hace falta, le agradeceré me comparta la liga para descargar el archivo.

There is a newer wifi driver for the Broadcom wireless than what is listed on your notebook's support page.
