Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently cleaned the components of my laptop, and also upgraded the RAM. After I put the laptop back together, I pressed the power button to turn it on. When it turned on, it displayed the Error 90B screen, which said that the cooling fan isn't working properly. So I then took the laptop apart again, except that I kept the power button connected. When I turned the laptop on again, I saw that the cooling fan didn't do anything... After turning the laptop off, I was able to make the fan spin for a few seconds using my finger. Does anyone know why it isn't working?

Just checked if the fan was plugged in, and it wasn't plugged in! So I made sure to plug it in properly, put the laptop back together, and then turned it on. No error screens, and the cooling fan seems to be slightly quieter than before (which it was only a little noisy), as I also applied a little bit of sewing machine oil to the ball bearings.
