Product: HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (1W9Z7AV)

I have an HP 255 G8 Notebook PC laptop and I get an error message that the system has detected that the cooling fan is not working properly. I opened it up and cleaned the fan but the error keeps popping up.

My drivers and windows version are also up to date.

Ever since this problem occurred, the performance and speed of the laptop have dropped a lot.

What can I do?
