Hello, my hp spectrex360 14 EA left fan not working correctly, I am forced to use an external fan since it is making alot of noise and it's spin. I have tried looking for spare fan or heat sink in kenyan repair shops and even online, I can't get. Any recommendations on where I can get one will be appreciated.

Hi @Jenard, thanks for posting. Sorry to hear about the fan.
1. Run Esc > F2 > Component Tests > Cooling > Fan Test and note any failure ID.
2. Update the BIOS from https://support.hp.com/drivers (fan control lives in the BIOS).
3. If the test fails, the fan needs replacement: check your warranty at https://support.hp.com/check-warranty; the spare part number is in PartSurfer (https://partsurfer.hp.com) with your serial number.
Avoid heavy loads until it's fixed. Keep me posted!
