Hi:

You will have to manually install this driver as follows...Download and run the below driver.  It will probably not install the coprocessor automatically.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp36001-36500/sp36240.exe

Go to the device manager.  Click on the coprocessor device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.  Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp36240.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC.

I do really appreciate the precision and promptness of your reply. I still have some other problem to resolve as it seems that still there is something not working properly as it crashes after it hibernates but it is better if i do further checking.

You're very welcome.

I finally identified the cause of the crash it was a simple win10 power saver setting that was switching off the hard disk after 10min of idle operation.

Glad you figured out what the cause was.

Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I tried even to do a manual upgrade with same result

Hi, Alex:

Unfortunately, I would not be able to help you with that issue.

I have had that happen to me once or twice on a couple of PC's over the last 4 years since W10 came out.

This is what I did...I hid the troublesome update, and then the next cumulative update (which would have all the same stuff the one that isn't working for you), usually installs without a hitch.

Once I think I had to wait until two later updates came out before the cumulative update finally installed.

See the link below for the utility...
