Hello. My HP envy x360 laptop that I have had for TWO YEARS and have handled with absolute care's hinge is "broken", and is causing my screen to literally POP OFF. Upon investigating into this issue more, apparently it is a VERY COMMON ISSUE with these computers. This is absolutely unacceptable. I hope HP has and will get sued for this. There is no reason they should have such faulty, probably INTENTIONALLY FAULTY equipment with how much these bs machines cost. I have had it for two years. That is nowhere near enough time to have a laptop life ending issue occur unless I chucked my machine on the ground every chance I got. And you expect me to pay for this? BS. If any other people suffering with this issue have advice on how to at least salvage my computer please let me know. BS.
