Hello,
I bought a replacement battery for my computer around one year ago (battery model: HS03, HS04, HSTNN-LB6U; 10.95V 2200mAh). I did not check if the Voltage was the addecuate for my laptop and just got that one. The computer works but the battery does not last more than 30 minutes now. I am willing to buy a new one but I could not figure out if 10.95 is the correct voltage or if it is 14.9. These two voltages do not seem to be compatible, and the majority of batteries that I have found on the internet are of 14.9.
How can I know which is the correct voltage for the battery I have to buy?
Thanks in advance.
Celia

Hi,
I tried it already, but the information I try to find is no there. I tried to search for the correct battery using both, the serial number and the product number and with both it says that there are no matches on my search.
