HP pavilion plus 14 model number eh1022tu unable to charge and when reach service centre they says present on motherboard and don't spill water or any other liquid on my laptop.
Hardly, its 5 month old laptop and HP warranty rejected the case as corrosion found on motherboard.
Is it possible to receive faulty product any chance? As after few days screen of laptop turned black when videos in 2k resolutions.
Can't find way what to do now?
I have an HP Pavilion Plus 14 (model number eh1022tu) that is unable to charge. When I took it to the service center, they reported corrosion on the motherboard and advised against spilling water or any other liquid on my laptop.
It's only five months old, and HP has rejected my warranty claim due to the corrosion. Is it possible that I received a faulty product? A few days after the purchase, the screen turned black when playing videos in 2K resolution.
I’m unsure of what to do now.
