I got my HP Omen 15 delivered on 3rd November 2020, I noticed that there is a deep scratch on the left edge of the laptop exposing the metal surface underneath the paint and the right edge of the trackpad is also not aligned, the right hinge also sticks out a bit from the lid. I have also faced electric shocks while charging for 2 days simultaneously with the laptop.
Will I be able to get a replacement unit for these defects? I have already registered a case regarding these issues within 14 days of delivery.
Thanks and Regards

Yes, I understand. I had contacted HP Support already, just wanted to get some insights of the users who have faced these issues and know their experience of how they got it resolved. If you have faced such similar issues or know someone who has faced, please share the experience so that I could gain some knowledge regarding theses issues which will be very helpful for me as a user.
Thanks.
