I am interested in buying a 17 inch touchscreen laptop from Costco. It currently comes with 16GB memory. Can I upgrade the memory and if so, what are the available options and roughly how much would that upgrade cost?

Hi,
I am assuming product number: 33Y55UA - Model: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0H9AV)
You can refer to manual and maintenance guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c07057224.pdf
Seems this notebook can upgrade up to 16GB max (which your selection already have).
Thanks & Regards
VG
