Costumize the order of function keys in HP Laptos

Hello there! How you all are?

I will contextualize, my best friend who has visual issues were used to have a well known order of his functional keys until he upgraded his laptop, his new laptop is an HP but the old one isnt (giving him a difference between fumcional keys)

So his question is, is there a simple or hard way to costumize the order of the funcional keys?
