We need the full model number to tell you which you can use. And I will say I have serviced a lot of laptops with blink codes that looked like a bad cpu but turned out to be the motherboard. You should be able to find a G6 motherboard with AMD processor pretty cheap. I believe the ones with E2 processors are soldered on the motherboard, anyway. Not sure of that until I get the model number and am able to bring up the correct service manual.
You don't want an E2 by the way.
