What is the best cpu I can use in my hp g56-129wm? I found this cpu below that will fit in the socket I have but will the motherboard support it all?

Intel Core 2 Duo T9600 Mobile 2.8ghz Dual Core Skt P CPU 2.8/6m/1066 Slg9f
