I need to upgrade my cpu on my HP G62-165sl

I wonder to know which is the max cpu supported on the related motherborad

Now I have the default CPU I3 M330 2,13 Ghz but it is too slow for running Autodesl Maya 2024

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

c02542102.pdf (hp.com)

 

The list of supported processors can be found in chapter 1.

 

According to the manual, the best processor you can install would be the Intel i7–620M.
