I have i5 6300u in probook 650 g2 so can i upgrade to i7 6660u.

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

 

The only way to upgrade the processor would be to replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual.
