Being a loyal HP customer, I am writing this mail to address recent quality issues experienced regarding my HP laptop.
I purchased a HP laptop (Model: 15G-BR011TX) in November 2017 from HP authorized M/s Sunshine Computers located in the city of Bharuch, Gujarat. Since then, the laptop was being used single-handed and with utmost care. Just after two years of purchase, I observed a hairline crack was being developed on the laptop outer case near the left hinge. The crack was initially mis-interpreted as a scratch and hence was ignored by me. But over the years the crack was observed propagating and it was clearly visible.
I have been using HP laptop since 2010 being an ex-employee of Agilent Technologies (measurement division of Hewlett Packard) and had enjoyed the best experience of HP products since then. While facing recent issue regarding quality, I found similar issues addressed by several HP customers on portal. It really bothers me as I am thoroughly conversant regarding quality of HP products, support services and business ethics.
Being a valued HP customer, I am writing this mail anticipating an initiative from HP to address this quality issue and regain my faith and trust on the BEST HP products.
