My laptop fell and the screen is cracked.

My H.P. warranty Active: Covered under Care Pack.
 
How much does "HP Care Pack warranty" cover and what is the process on this repair?

Is it due to an accident or by something else ? I don't think Carepack covers for accident. Please contact HP directly to discuss
