Cracking Laptop Shell

Hello ever since i got this laptop the outer shell has been making clicking and creaking noises whenever i type on it alsmost as if the top and bottom sections dont allign properly up untill last week this was barable as it was only occasanly wheneveri started typing now it has become evrey few keystrokes it has been happening.

i would try opening it and rescrewing it together but am unsure if this would void my waranty.

i have the extended buissnes warenty on it.

Aslo am unable to fine a acctualy eamil address for HP support.
