Hello,
Which channel can HP assist me in creating a USB drive for the SMC.BIN file used to unlock the MPM (Manufacturers Programming Mode) to allow DMI programming after replacing the system board?

I don't believe HP provides smc.bin files to end users.
HP BIOS Configuration Utility (BCU) lets you view BIOS settings in text format. If I run BCU on my consumer notebook (15-dy2xxx), I can see the MPM setting (see the screenshot below) and change the setting via BCU.
You may be able to change the MPM setting via BCU, as it is originally developed for Business PCs.
