Hello everyone. I'm reaching out because my HP ENVY x360 convertible laptop's screen cracked. I opened it yesterday evening and suddenly a large crack appeared from the bottom left-hand corner just above the hinge and it continued popping out while in normal use, i have searched and observed this seems to be a widespread issue affecting many users. Despite handling my laptop gently, its so sad and painful that the screen cracked while i was opening it up. I've only had the laptop for less than two years, and the cost of replacing the screen is almost as high as buying a new one. I hope HP can provide a solution, considering this seems to be a manufacturing defect. It's frustrating because I've been careful with my laptop.
