I was installed Crucial P3 500GB M.2 SSD to my HP Pavillion 15 cc16tx. But this M.2 SSD not showing in Bios or Windows installation. Please help

Hi:

 

NVMe SSD's are not supported in the 15-cc6xx model series. 

 

Only M.2 SATA SSDs are supported.

 

If you had found the information that NVMe SSD's are supported in chapter 1 of this service manual, the information is incorrect.

The only HP 15-cc model series where NVMe SSD's are supported is the 15-cc1xx model series.

 

If you look at this service manual, it shows that none of the notebooks in the model series support NVMe SSD's.

If you want to install a M.2 SSD, it will have to be a SATA one such as the Western Digital Blue SA510 series.
