Hi,
In that case, check the following.
1. The halt code ( generated after 3 incorrect entries ) that you've posted is correct . Be careful of the difference between the letter O and 0 ( Zero ) - a Zero will have a dot in the centre.
2. You're entering the code on a QWERTY keyboard.
3. Shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. Plug in the AC Adapter ( leave the battery out for the moment ), start the notebook and try entering the code again.
4. Try entering the code via an external usb QWERTY keyboard.

DP-K
