HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-dv2000 (4Z018AV)

Hi.. electric current passes through my laptop body while plugged in giving shocks each time I touch the laptop. 

really uncomfortable while working as constantly getting shocks at palm rest. Please suggest what can be done.

The cover of your machine is not from metal. The shock may come from your body. I used to have this even touching to my car or open my doors (at home). Please try
