I appriciate your efforts for trying out the steps.
As you mentioned the issue still persists after performing a push button reset on your PC.
Uninstall the NVIDIA graphics driver from device manager and install the drivers directly from NVIDIA website.
You can download the latest drivers using NVIDIA auto detect utility. Link: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us

I appriciate your efforts for writing back to us.
As you mentioned the issue still persists after updating the graphics driver.
Since we are exhausted with the steps, I suggest you please contact the phone support and they should be able to take remote control of your PC and assist you.
HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:
- Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
- Click on “Continue as guest”.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on “Show Options”.

So i finally found a solution for this problem its quite easy
After turning on the laptop go in device Manager and uninstall Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Processor Participant and select to delete the driver software for this device
i post this so if any one else has this problem you can actually help them
