Bought from Costco.  Please help me stabilize touch pad cursor.  It is so crazy.

I recommend that you invoke the Control Panel by typing control panel in the searchbox.

 

Click on the Control panel app that appears above.

 

 Click on the Mouse section. At the top of the Mouse properties window you will see a pointer options tab. Click on it.

 

In the motion section there is a pinter speed option. Slide it towards the slow side.

 

That should make ut easier to use ghe touch pad.

Thanks for the suggestion. Cursor speed slows how cursor moves (immediately to delayed) but it has no impact on cursor moving by itself when my hand is nowhere near the touchpad.  Cursor is moving by itself as though possessed.
