OMEN by HP - 17-w295ms
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I use my touchpad to click (Tapping not clicking the button), my cursor will at random times jump down about 30 - 60 pixels. This is rather annoying as I will often have to readjust the cursor and tap again. This has happened since first turning the notebook on for the first time. I have also tried updating the BIOS firmware and touchpad firmware, Uninstalling the touchpad software and reinstalling, and adjusting the sensitivity. Any help is appreciated.

Try with an external mouse. If that fails then I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
