Hi Community,
I have an issue when I put my laptop to charge the touchpad gets slow down, I wanted to know is it normal or a thing i should concern because this laptop I bought very recently thanks.
And i see that when charging the laptops gets a bit of temperature increase up to 50 degrees.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with the touchpad on your Laptop.
Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot the issue.
(If the test fails there is an issue with the hardware and you can skip the below troubleshooting steps)
Refer to the steps on this link to update the BIOS and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.
Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.
Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Please install all the pending updates for the Windows operating system following the below steps.
go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it.

Hi Irwin,
Thanks for the reply, the thing is I went on through your instructions, and at the point of UEFI hardware diagnosis, it showed that my cursor right button is not working, but then it is actually working. And together with that, the issue is i feel a small slowdown in the touchpad when it is PLUGGED IN and i can feel a small heat near the touchpad. I didn't find any very relevant diagnosis for that, but other diagnosis which i felt very similar didn't show any problems in the pc. My concern is, is it normal to feel such or it is because any external factors such as power supply or something, can you give me some advice on it thanks.

If everything is up to date on your PC and the hardware test came out clean.
Try connecting another charger which is compatible with your laptop to isolate the issue.
