Common problems for Battery

I recently submitted my laptop for repair due to a crashed operating system. At the time of drop-off, the battery—which was the original unit from my purchase on December 27, 2017—was functional only while connected to a power source.

Upon receiving my laptop back, I discovered that the touchpad was no longer working. When I questioned the service center, they informed me that the battery was "bulged" and could not be used. However, after checking the CT number on the battery currently in my device (CT: 6GGWHN3GWA4B93), I found that it was manufactured in March 2022.

Since I purchased this laptop in 2017 and have never replaced the battery, it is physically impossible for a 2022 battery to be my original hardware. It is evident that my original battery was swapped for a faulty, bulging 2022 unit during the service process, which has subsequently damaged my touchpad.

I request an immediate investigation into this matter. I expect my original hardware to be accounted for and my laptop to be restored to its working condition, including a functional touchpad and a genuine battery.
