Product: Intel Pentium Silver
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

😧 drive Properties show "used" even when no CD inserted.  In control panel, set "AutoPlay at start" and all settings for DVD and CD is set at "Ask me first".  Message says "This device is working properly"  still won't work no matter which CD or DVD I insert, but they work on other devices.   Help
