Got HP 250 G5 and laptop works just fine. Would like to buy backup power supply for my HP 250 G5 (one for house and another for home).
Had noticed some power supplies for HP 250 G2, G3 & G4 on ebay and would like to buy one of them.
What I do not know is if DC power connector on HP 250 G5 is compatible with the power connector on HP 250 G2 or G3 or G4? If they are, I would buy that power supply (as DC power ratings are the same, like 19.5V at 2.5A-3.3A)

Go through Page 37 in G5 manual to get the exact HP part number of the Smart AC adapter and power cord you need.
Verify this part number with G2, G3 and G4 manuals. Smart AC adapter (65W, 45W) part number seems to be matching, but power cord isn't so. Get the exact part number listed in G5 manual.
Search the HP part number through online stores.
